Ollie's Vet Visit

"Hey Mom, where are you taking my brother?"
Poor Ollie was due for a V-E-T visit.
Nothing serious, just a routine shot and checkup.
I felt sorry for him, but I was secretly glad that I
wasn't the one going.

Here's Ollie patiently waiting for the Doctor.
He was told that the Doctor would be with him in "just a few minutes" because she was finishing up a procedure on another animal.

Ollie is not one to miss an opportunity to catch some Zzzzzzzs.

 and so . . .

Being the womanizer that he is, he stated that his Doctor was definitely worth waiting for - Ollie is partial to redheads.

However, this was what he REALLY thought of the whole ordeal.
Thanks to everyone for their doggie healing vibes for

Have a great weekend!

Ollie looks SO stressed out at the V-E-T...not! Hope everything went well and that he is in the peak of health! I had to go to the vet yesterday because momma was worried about my leg.

We keep your grandma (and your mom) in our prayers and are glad to hear she is better.

Hoping you have great weather and a wonderful weekend, my friends. Might we suggest to your mom that the season is upon us for pupsicles and that two special friends in CA REALLY deserve them!

Cappy, do your think you mom would be willing to help us with the 2MillionDog Puppy Up! New Mexico Walk against canine cancer (to raise money for comparative oncology so both hmans and pups benefit)? Her afghans are so incredibly beautiful and soft and made with such love, we were wondering if she might make one and donate it for our raffle? We understand if she does not have time (she has lots of responsibilities we know) but we thought we would be REALLY bold and ask. The Walk is September 25th. She can facebook momma or email us at or just leave us a message on the blog. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Ollie, we'll show the pictures showing how relaxed you were at the v-e-t to our cavaliers. They usually are more agitated there, especially when they are on the table...
